We are unfortunately unable to offer an exchange service for overseas customers.
Therefore please contact us so that we can help you.
Exhanges
- Subjective to availability, we will accept to exchange once time.
- Plese note if there is not stock available, we are not able to exhanges items. Therefore, please check stock availablilty in advance.
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return due to customer preference.
We will not accept returns or exchanges as following:
- Products have been worn, scratched, damaged, or defective.
- Products have been repaired.
- Products purchased as gifts or inquiries from other than purchaser.
- Products purchased not from our site.
- Accessories (box, shoelace, cloth etc.) are missing or damaged.
- Purchases received over 8 days ago.
Return period
