About orders and delivery

I want to change the shipping address

Please use the contact form to let us know the correct address. Please note that we may not be able to accept changes depending on the timing if the product has already been shipped, or even if it has not yet been shipped.

Please make sure that the items you ordered do not include "reserved items". If you place an order for multiple items, including pre-order items, we will ship them after all the items are in stock.

If you do not receive your order even though you ordered only regular items that are not reserved items, please check if you have received a shipping completion e-mail to the e-mail address you registered, and then place the order described in the e-mail. Please contact us from the inquiry form together with the number.

I want to cancel my order

We do not accept cancellations due to customer convenience after the order is completed.

I want to return an order

We do not accept returns due to customer convenience.

Commodity does not reach

After confirming that the shipping completion email has not arrived at the email address you registered, please contact us using the inquiry form together with the order number described in the email.

I didn't receive an order confirmation email

Depending on your environment, emails from this store may be classified as "spam".

How long will it take for the product to arrive after I place an order?

Normally, we will ship within 5 business days after confirming payment.

(Business days on this site are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays stipulated by the law on national holidays and year-end and New Year holidays.)

Please allow extra time for deliveries during event seasons such as the year-end and New Year holidays, Christmas, Mother's Day, Father's Day, and Valentine's Day.

Do you charge for shipping?

If you purchase over 15,000 yen, we will bear the shipping fee, cash on delivery fee, and settlement fee.
Shipping will be charged for purchases of less than 15,000 yen.

(However, if the shipping fee is incurred due to the customer's circumstances, it will be borne by the customer in any case.)

Can I exchange the size?

Regarding exchanges, we accept only one size exchange for the same product.

If there is no stock, we cannot accept exchanges, so if you are unsure about choosing a size, please check the stock in advance.

In the case of size exchange for customer's convenience, the return shipping fee will be borne by the customer.
